As the Greek economy continues to decline into shambles, many are turning to the ancient art of tarot card readings for insight into their country’s future.

One such tarot card reader Teo sits down on a regular basis to consult his tarot card deck and seek tarot card predictions and insight into the future of his once great country and economy which is now in shambles. As reported by bloomberg.com, Teo consults the Tarot for financial insight.

In the abandoned building that once housed the Athens Stock Exchange, artist Teo is shuffling between the Fool, the Magician and the Devil in a Tarot card reading to divine the fate of the crippled Greek nation.

At the Tarot reading, artist Teo Moschopoulos, 29, said the cards showed one of the negative forces working against the Greek economy was the Fool, hesitant to take risks, with “no willingness to break norms, to break free of past patterns.”

Teo sees the Fool tarot card as a willingness or lack thereof for his country to seek new avenues and way’s to restore it’s greatness. The Fool is also known as The Jester and is one of the cards making up the Major Arcana, usually depicted as a beggar or vagabond in card artwork, the Fool is known as one of the most powerful and controversial cards in the tarot deck.

What do you think, is the controversial Fool card signaling a new future and road for the troubled Greeks?
